10 tips for protection from the sun that you need to know this summer
The sun is vital as it gives us light, warmth and well-being. However, sun exposure is also a major risk factor for the health of the skin, as well as the UV rays can be really harmful, causing a lot of problems, from sunburn to skin cancer.

- For oily, acne prone skin, you can choose a sunscreen with a light texture and a sebum regulating action that gives a matte finish to your skin.
- If you have mature skin, choose a sunscreen with a strong anti-oxidant and moisturizing effect.
- Infants and children have more sensitive skin and need to be protected effectively from the sun. Use a hat and a t-shirt and apply a sunscreen product with an SPF of at least 30. Don't forget to protect ears, lips and feet of your child.
