PRODUCTION CAPACITY
During 2000, FROIKA acquired ISO 9001 from the German company DQS, as international recognition of products and services of high quality.
The company gained also ISO 13485 (Quality Management Systems – Quality Management Systems – Requirements for regulatory purposes) an internationally agreed standard that sets out requirements for the processes of quality management, providing the opportunity to ensure the best used construction practices. In addition, FROIKA acquired ISO 22716 which concerns the production, packaging, storage and distribution of cosmetic products.
Recently, the company, listening to the needs of the market and the conditions, started the production of disinfectants-antiseptics products.
PRODUCTION
After the product is of a good standard in our Research Lab, the production process begins with the use of advanced technology. There has been significant investment in new equipment of high-tech:
- Stirrer menu
- Filling machines
- Machines securitization
- Oven sterilization
- Automatic machine for filling tubes
that allows the company to produce dermatological and dental products of high quality in accordance with the latest market developments.
The pharmaceutical market and the strict eu and international regulations, demand procedures that are entirely determined by good manufacturing practices (Good Manufacturing Practices – GMP).
